Android devices

There are two ways to use Kissflow on an Android device.

First, you can use any mobile browser to go directly to your account URL. Go to <accountname>.kissflow.com.

Second, you can use the Progressive Web App (PWA). It looks, feels, and functions just like a mobile app, but it uses less data and doesn’t require updating. To use a PWA, a minimum of 2GB RAM is required.

There is currently no Android app for Kissflow Digital Workplace in the Google Play store. The app that is there is for an earlier version of the product.

New features are constantly being added to the PWA version of Kissflow, but not all features are currently available.

Installing the Kissflow PWA

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Type the address of your account. (https://<domainname>.kissflow.com)
  3. Tap Menu ().
  4. Tap Add to Home screen.
  5. Tap Add.

Enabling push notifications

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right.
  2. Click the More options button ()
  3. Click My notification preferences.
  4. Click Push Notifications.
  5. Click Enable.

Sharing content from other applications

If you are in a different application, and want to share content on Kissflow, click the Share button and you will see the Kissflow logo as an option.

When you tap on the logo, Kissflow will load along with the link. Choose which channel you want to share it in and tap Post.
