The Admin History tab gives an audit log of all the activity related to your account settings. Admin history offers an easy way to check for any unusual or suspicious sign in activity and monitor actions. The detailed admin audit log allows Account Owners, Super Admins, and User Admins to search and drill down to admin-related changes made by users in your account.

The Admin History gives the following information:

  • Timestamp: The exact time at which an action was performed.
  • Category: The category to which the admin action has been mapped to.
  • Action: What kind of action took place. Examples include Dataset permission change, Account ownership transferred, User activated, Account security updated, Field modified, IP address, etc.
  • Performed by: The name of the person who performed the action.

Additionally, you can search, sort, and filter fields in the history table.
