Whitelisting domains to access Kissflow [TIP]
If you are unable to access Kissflow, you might want to ensure whether you have whitelisted the Kissflow domains and your Internet Service Provider (ISP) isn't blocking the Amazon or Google servers.
Whitelisting domains
Whitelist the following domains in your organization’s firewall:
- The asterisk symbol(*) lets you whitelist any subdomain that belongs to your primary domain. However, if you haven't whitelisted Kissflow in the above-mentioned format, you have to specify the exact domain name along with its subdomain like "https://stark-corporation.kissflow.com/"
- Likewise, remember to whitelist https://static-cdn1.kissflow.com (US users) and https://static-cdn1.kissflow.eu (EU users)
- wss://*.firebaseio.com/
- https://s3.amazonaws.com
- wss://nexus-websocket-a.intercom.io
- https://rs.livesession.io
Checking ISP
Verify that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is not blocking Amazon or Google servers. If Amazon or Google servers are blocked, then you need to access Kissflow through a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
