What is Kissflow Digital Workplace?

Kissflow Digital Workplace gives you all the tools you need to optimize, manage, and track all of your work. It has five core modules to handle any type of work that moves your way: processes, projects, cases, datasets, and collaboration.

Who is Kissflow for?

Kissflow is for your entire organization. It lets individuals know exactly what tasks are assigned to them and lets them track work as it moves along a flow. It allows team leaders to create and control codeless workflows and forms. It helps the entire organization digitize their work and creates an operational system of record to know the status of what work was completed.  

How is Kissflow different than other products?

Most other products focus only on one slice of part of work, whether automated processes, collaboration, or project/case management. Kissflow is the only product that puts all of them together. Since it is a platform, it can be used across departments and isn’t only for single solutions. 

Kissflow is built keeping in mind the common user and builder. We don't assume that you know everything about process, project, and case management. Instead, we give you all the features you need with an intuitive layout that doesn't require any specific training.

Do you have any templates to use to get started?

Kissflow comes with over 160 pre-built templates for process, projects, cases, and datasets. You can install these templates from the Kissflow marketplace. After installing them, you have complete control to configure them to your needs.

How do I cancel my account?

Can I extend my trial?

If the current trial period isn't enough for you, open up a chat from inside the product and start a conversation with our support team. 

Do you have a partner reseller program?

Yes, we do. Please go to https://kissflow.com/partners/.

Do you provide personalized Kissflow training?

Yes, if you need a personalized Kissflow training for your team, please contact training {at} kissflow {dot} net.

Do you offer consulting services?

We can build out your entire network of interconnected processes if you want, including custom integrations with third-party apps. For more information, please contact consulting {at} kissflow {dot} net.

Technical

Do you have a native mobile app?

Yes, we currently have a mobile app for iOS. We will soon be releasing an app for Android.

We've also used Progressive Web Application technology to create a mobile app to use no matter what device or operating system you use.

Not all features are available on the mobile version. 

What web browsers do you support?

The web-based form of Kissflow is best viewed in the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome 56 onwards
  • Firefox 51 onwards

You can use Kissflow in other browsers, but may not get the best experience. Be sure to always use the latest version of your browser.

Where is my data stored?

All of your data is stored on servers in the United States.

What are the languages supported?

Kissflow is currently offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.

What is the best way to get support?

We have a team available to answer your questions over chat 20 hours a day, 5 days a week. Get in touch any time through the chat button inside Kissflow.
